Institution for Creation Research wants to be able to award Science degrees

Hell has frozen over.

The ICR thinks that it is “unfair” that they cannot award science degrees. Now, why would this be? It’s because they aren’t accredited, like they have been told before.

However, now we have this dimwitted congressman feeling the same way. Clearly people without qualifications in science should be making these decisions. Leo Berman (R-Tyler), submitted this bill (HB 2800), which is likely to fail… hopefully, anyway.

Does he really think this will make education in Texas better, or worse than it already is?
